This page provides the public terms for CureSuite website use, SaaS registration, and clinic subscription checkout. It is intended to be a stable legal reference for marketing and payment-provider flows.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the CureSuite website, marketing pages, demo requests, signup journeys, and subscription checkout flows.
By using the site or starting a CureSuite clinic subscription, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the clinic or organization you represent.
CureSuite provides software tools for clinic operations, including scheduling, patient workflows, branch setup, billing, onboarding, and related SaaS administration features.
Feature availability depends on the selected plan, account status, successful payment confirmation where required, and any applicable onboarding completion steps.
You must provide accurate clinic, owner, and contact details during registration.
A clinic workspace is not considered fully activated until required payment is successfully confirmed through the configured payment provider and CureSuite completes the activation process.
CureSuite may block access to paid-plan workspaces when payment is pending, declined, reversed, overdue, or otherwise unconfirmed.
Paid subscriptions are billed through the payment methods and provider presented during checkout. CureSuite currently uses PayTabs for relevant SaaS billing flows.
If a payment attempt fails, is declined, or remains unconfirmed, the clinic may be asked to update payment details and complete a fresh checkout before access continues.
Displayed pricing, billing cycle, plan limits, and public plan content may be updated by CureSuite from time to time and will apply as presented at the point of checkout or renewal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Free trials, promotional access, or launch offers may be made available at CureSuite's discretion and may be limited by plan rules, geography, or time period.
Upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations may affect available features, usage limits, and continued access to clinic workflows.
Where recurring billing arrangements apply, cancellation requests may also depend on the active payment agreement and billing cycle already in force.
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, controlling access to clinic staff accounts, and ensuring that submitted data is lawful and accurate.
You must not use CureSuite in a way that violates applicable healthcare, privacy, consumer protection, payments, sanctions, or data protection laws in your region.
CureSuite may update, improve, suspend, or replace parts of the website or service as the platform evolves.
We aim for reliable availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, payment provider integrations, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

The website owner may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
